Every US KYC package we sell includes a 45-day replacement warranty. If your account is restricted, locked, banned, or suspended within 45 days of delivery for a reason that is clearly not caused by your own behavior, we will replace the entire package free of charge with an equivalent or upgraded profile.
What the warranty covers
- Account restrictions triggered by platform risk-engine sweeps
- Documentation re-verification requests that block account use
- Unexpected account closures with no policy-violation notice
What the warranty does NOT cover
- Bans triggered by clearly fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Bans triggered by sharing credentials publicly
- Bans more than 45 days after delivery
