By using US KYC services you agree to use the verification packages we provide only for legitimate purposes that comply with applicable US federal, state, and international law. We reserve the right to refuse service to any buyer we believe is preparing fraud, sanctions evasion, money laundering, terror financing, or any activity prohibited under US law.
All sales are final at order confirmation. The 45-day replacement warranty replaces traditional cash refunds and applies under the terms outlined on our Warranty page.
We provide verification services only. The buyer is responsible for all activity conducted on the delivered accounts after handover. US KYC bears no responsibility for buyer behavior post-delivery.
Disputes shall be resolved by direct negotiation on Telegram or WhatsApp. We aim to resolve every dispute within 7 business days.
