All sales are final at order confirmation. In place of cash refunds, every US KYC package includes a 45-day replacement warranty: if your account is restricted within 45 days through no fault of yours, we replace it free of charge.
Cash refunds may be considered, at our sole discretion, only when we are unable to deliver the package you ordered and no equivalent substitute is available. In that rare case, full refund is issued via the original payment rail within 7 business days.
